Groupon FAQ's
Your Groupon purchase includes the portrait session sitting fee, our time and talent, of 40 minutes in the 124 Dundas street studio, one professioinal edited and printed 11"x14" image from the shoot and a low resolution, watermarked, dvd of the session.
+ How many people can be in the photo shoot?
The Groupon photo session has a limit of 5 people, animals or any other breathing life forms. This only makes sense with the 40 minutes of studio time. However, if you wish to pay the extra fee for a location shoot we can accommodate more bodies at a charge of $25/person.
+ What are my options for the stlye of photo shoot?
Your choice of portrait styles are very extensive, we accommodate families, kids, newborns, maternity, boudoir, glamour, fashion, headshots,
couples, pets, engagement and graduation photos. Groupons cannot be used for wedding bookings, event or commercial photography.
+ Can I change outfits and what should I bring with me ?
You can bring as many clothes, hats, jewellery, shoes as you want, but just remember that outfit changes will use up the 40 minutes of your
allotted time slot. We encourage you to bring props with you, whether it's a ball, a skateboard, flowers or your husband...lol.
+ Can I purchase the high resolution digital files from the shoot?
As you know, your Groupon includes a dvd of low resolution, watermarked, digital files. These files are ideal for sharing with friends and family
on such social media outlets as Facebook, or "email ready" to send whom you choose. However, they are not ideal for printing, even a 4"x6" print will not turn out due to the low resolution file, not to mention the JDP watermark. So, the high resolution digital files can be purchased on a dvd that you can use to print as many photos as you desire up to a size of 40"x60"! Available to Groupon customers at a discounted rate of $225.00.
+ How many photos can I expect from the Groupon photo shoot?
This reminds me of the phrase "How long is a piece of string?". Each photo shoot is unique, it comes down to the type of style, ie: kids, couples, boudoir, the number of people, the props/outfits involved, etc. There is an average somewhere between 25-80...(sarcasm implied).
