+ Where will the photo shoot take place?
Your Groupon session will take place at Joseph David Photography studio, located at 124 Dundas Street, London, Ont. The studio entrance is on Dundas Street, between Richmond St. and Talbot St. Parking is limited on Dundas St. however the Covent Garden Market has underground parking.
+ Can the photo shoot be at my house?
The Groupon photo session is limited to an in-studio shoot. If you choose to have it on location such as your house, or an outdoor area there would be an additional fee of $30.00-$50.00 depending on the distance from 124 Dundas Street.
+ What if we want an extended photo shoot ?
You may find that the 40 minutes of studio time isn't enough to achieve that perfect pose, no problem. Your shoot can be extended to an hour (20 minutes more) for a special Groupon fee of $25.00. Or even another 40 minutes (total of 1 hour 20 minutes) for $50.00.
+ What happens after the shoot?
After your photo shoot experience we can schedule a viewing in order to show you the stunning results. Usually 7-10 days after the shoot. At this time you will recieve your low resolution dvd and you can view a slideshow of the session. This is a good time to also see the choices of products available, from varied size prints, to fine art canvas, coffee table books, greeting cards, etc.
+ How do I schedule my Groupon photo session?
The photo sessions are scheduled on a first come first served basis. Please follow the link to "book your shoot", there you will see the booking calendar with listed days/times available to book. Do to the nature of life and unforseen circumstances we reserve the right to reschedule sessions
for emergencies but not before 48 hours of your booked session. This works both ways allowing one rescheduling per Groupon. If you are late to a scheduled session we may have to shorten your session in order to accomodate all the other bookings. If you don't show up for your booked time without notice, your Groupon session may be forfeited.
+ When does my Groupon Expire?
Unfortunately we cannot accept Groupons after the expiry date of November 11th, 2011.
